After-sales Rules
If the product has quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order (wholesale customers have 30 days), provide photos or videos to inform customer service, verify and confirm the situation. We will take corresponding measures to compensate. If the return is found to have no quality issues after our inspection, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. (Ensure that the packaging is intact; used products will not be accepted.)
For non-quality issues or returns without reasons, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order (wholesale customers have 30 days), and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The product should not be unpacked, unused, and the packaging should be intact to ensure secondary sales are not affected.
If you find any missing or incorrect items after signing, please contact us within 7 days. Take photos of all the products and the shipping list and inform customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and check the shipping videos. If it is confirmed that items are missing or incorrect, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
